Machining Facility
We originated as a general machining shop back when we first started. Still today, we are fully equipped to service all your conventional machining needs. Our general machining department is ideal for prototyping, repair, and small batch production.
From engine lathes, ram and turret milling machines, horizontal boring mills, surface and cylindrical grinders, we have the capability to manufacture custom, detailed parts.

Our Pit type furnace is of a cylindrical design vertically erected with a positive sealing mechanism on top in order to contain and preserve heat and atmosphere during a process cycle. Packed with features like Two burners, PLC based Automatic temperature control, Temperature time recorder, Loading & unloading by hoist, generating graph and plotting.
